Returns Policy

Returning unopened items within 7 days

You may return your goods unopened at anytime within the first 7 days and receive a full refund.

  • Goods must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
  • Return of the goods are your responsibility until signed for by us.
  • Goods must be returned complete including all manuals, cables and all packaging.
  • The cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility. (Please use a recorded delivery with signature)

If these conditions are not met a re-stocking fee of 30% will be applied to your refund.

 

Returning faulty goods within 30 days

If your goods are delivered damaged or your goods become faulty within the first 30 days after delivery please contact us to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved by support you may be issued with a returns number. You may also first need to contact the manufacture of the goods to confirm the item is faulty before we issue you a returns number.

  • Return of the goods are your responsibility until signed for by us.

  • You must include your returns number with your goods.

Goods not found to be faulty: If the returned goods are found to not be faulty we will deduct a of 30% re-stocking fee from your refund.

Goods found to be faulty: If your goods are found to be faulty (inside of warranty) we will process it through the manufacturers RMA proccess which can take up to 4-6 weeks.

 

Returning faulty goods after 30 days

We only accept returns on faulty good within 30 days. If your goods become faulty after 30 days you will need to go directly to the manufacturer to get the goods replaced or repaired.
